AIZAWL, Sept 5 - Mizoram Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla on Friday said he recently wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking a separate autonomous district council for Kukis in neighbouring Manipur.
Addressing a Congress workers meeting here, Thanhawla said no one knew the terms of the Naga Accord.
The CM said his letter to Modi stated �if Nagas are given autonomous district council, the Kukis too should be given the same autonomy.�� PTI
