GUWAHATI, Nov 23 � Khanindra Kumar Deka, assistant editor of Satsori, a publication of the Pratidin group of newspapers who had gone missing under mysterious circumstances on November 21, remains traceless.
Police sources said that investigation was on and they hoped to get some clues about the missing scribe's disappearance. "Call records of Deka have been gathered and we are hopeful of tracing Deka," sources said.
A case has been registered with Chandmari police station in this regard.
Deka's colleagues said Deka was supposed to reach his home at Balisatra in Rangiya from Guwahati on Sunday but did not turn up. His cell phone was found to be switched off since Saturday night.
