DIBRUGARH, Oct 1 - Miliki Baruah, mother of elusive ULFA (I) C-in-C Paresh Baruah, passed away at around 11.10 am today at her residence in Jeraigaon near Chabua town.

Several leaders of ULFAs pro-talk faction, like Jiten Dutta and Prabal Neog, were seen at the house of Paresh Baruahs mother today. Miliki Baruah was a mother of five sons and a daughter.
