SHILLONG, Sept 30 - Meghalaya Deputy Chief Minister Prof RC Laloo will inaugurate the 2nd Meghalaya Youth Exchange Programme at Bharat Scouts and Guides headquarter here on October 1.

Youths in the age group of 18 to 25 years from the 11 districts of Meghalaya will take part in the eight day programme. The primary objective of the programme is to give first hand information of different cultures, heritage and lifestyle of various communities residing in the State to the youths.
