GUWAHATI, June 1 - A two-day college principals� meeting under the aegis of the UGC-Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Gauhati University will be held at the centre on July 2 and 3 in association with the Assam College Principals� Council (ACPC).
Important academic and administrative issues related to higher education will be discussed at the meeting.
The meeting will highlight the new Assessment & Accreditation procedures of National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) among various other issues.
Eminent scholars, vice-chancellors, renowned educationists and senior government officials will attend the meet. Director of HRD Centre, Prof Jogen Chandra Kalita has requested the principals of the colleges to confirm their participation in the programme by June 20.
