GUWAHATI, Sept 7 - The Minoti Kumar Dev Adhikari Memorial Football Competition, organised by the Gauripur Sports Association, concluded at Gauripur yesterday with a high drama. The title clash was held between local clubs MC Geramari and OK Club Saurangimur. Both the teams were studded with Nigerian, Manipur as well as Guwahati based players. In the 83rd minute when Geramari was leading by 3-2, some players of OK Club started to show their offensive mode with referee for which the play had to stop. Later OK Club refused to play the remaining part of the game and finally committee decided to declare MC Geramari as champions. Mithinga received the best player of the final award while Saiful Alam of the champion team got the best goalkeeper award.
