GUWAHATI, April 8 - A mass jogging led by Dr Raju Hazarika was held recently from Goat Farm, Byrnihat to Khanapara here recently. Around 50 persons, mostly youngsters took part in the 15-km jogging. Dr Hazarika, who had been a leading karateka and horse rider of the State in 1980s, wanted to spread the message � �Life starts at 60� and people should jog after retirement regularly to keep fit. He appealed the elderly persons to maintain a good health as long as possible.
