Manipur to be conferred Commendable Initiative Award

IMPHAL, Oct 27 - Manipur will be conferred the best Commendable Initiative Award for the Revival of Manipur State Transport. The State would receive the award on November 4 next at a function in Maharashtra.

This was disclosed by Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh while speaking at the 12th Indigenous Brothers� Meet, 2018 held at Adimjati Complex here on Saturday. The meet was organised by League of the Fourth World People, Kangleipak (Manipur). It may be noted that Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Development recommended the award.
