IMPHAL, Nov 11 - Anouba Imagi Manggan (AIM), Khabam Lamkhai bagged the title in the 10th Manipur State League 2015 defeating FC Zalen, Sadar Hills in their final match played here at Khuman Lampak today.

L Dewan of the AIM netted the lone goal of the match in the 80th minutes of the match with a sharp header off a floater sent by Th Santosh.

Director, Youth Affairs and Sports, W Bhaktaraj Singh handed over the champions� trophy with a cash award of Rs 2 lakhs to the winning team AIM and the runners up trophy with Rs 1 lakh cash award to the FC Zalen. AIM Khabam Lamkhai also became richer by Rs 50,000 winning the Fair Play trophy. Player of the tournament award went to Seikhohao Tuboi of the FC Zalen while the highest scorer prize was bagged by lone foreign player of the tournament Offor Emeka Christian of NEROCA FC. Altogether 12 popular teams of the State participated in the tournament this year.
