TINSUKIA, July 5 - In the second quarterfinal match of the Bodousa Cup Football Tournament at the Katchujan Field here today, AMOFA FC, Manipur defeated Assam Rifles 5-3 in penalty shoot-out. In the regulation time M Chetri put the Riflemen 1-0 ahead in the 50th minute after a barren first session. But the Manipur players put up a spirited show in the later part of the match and drew parity at the fag end of the match through Sunpou.

In the tie breaker Manipur outfit struck four against Assam Rifles� two. The first semifinal of the tournament will be played on July 7 between Oil India FC and Shillong Lajong FC Academy here.
