IMPHAL, Sept 19 - Incessant rains since last evening have submerged several low lying areas in the State once again.
The areas, including Keishamthong, Sagolband, Uripok and Thangmeiband have been affected by floods.
The main road leading to various institutions, including Kendriya Vidyalaya, Central Agricultural University and ICAR at Lamphelpat area has been inundated by flood waters.
