GUWAHATI, Aug 17 - The All India Management Association (AIMA), in partnership with the Guwahati Management Association, is organising a Regional Management Conclave at the ITA Convention Centre, Machkhowa, on August 21, stated a press release.
The conclave will comprise a seminar titled �Leadership in the Age of Disruption�. It will highlight the danger managers and industries are facing in this age due to innovation and technological changes which have created an upheaval in businesses all over the world. This upheaval will affect industries and have serious impact on employment.
The main theme of the conclave will be elaborated by AIMA president TV Mohandas Pai. More than a dozen business experts, heads of management associations, and academia from all over India, shall deliberate on the subject.
