GUWAHATI, Aug 1 - Noonmati police late last night arrested one Garul Haque alias Ranga Baba from the Pathar Quarry area of the city on charges of various crimes, including sexually harassing some women.
Police said Haque, hailing from Dalgaon area in Darrang district, has been living with a family here for the past few days and indulging in misdeeds.
He has been booked under sections 120B, 417, 419, 354, 506 and 295A of IPC.
