GUWAHATI, Sept 25 � The condition of noted academic and Jnanpith Award winner, Dr Mamoni Raisom Goswami continued to be critical today, and her health condition has not shown any signs of improvement.
Doctors at the Gauhati Medical College Hospital said that she has been kept on ventilator support, and her blood pressure is fluctuating. Dr Goswami was recently shifted to the ICU of GMCH after she had a lung infection.
It may be mentioned that the writer and peace mediator, who is also a Prince Claus Laureate, has been in an unconscious state for several months and is being treated for multiple complications.
