GUWAHATI, Jan 14: The Mahadev Mandir Parichalana Committee of Ulubari Chariali Shiv Mandir would organize a Maha Mrityunjoy Yajna in the temple premises of Ulubari.
The three-day ritual would start on February 10 (Magh 27) and would conclude on February 12.
A Yajna management committee has been formed to conduct the entire event smoothly. Members of this committee include Captain Rabin Bordoloi, Abir Patra, Sidhartha Battacharyya, Dr Samujjal Bhattacharyya, Dhiresh Narayan Choudhury, GL Agarwala and Prasanta Kumar Dutta, among others.
The main post of the main pandal, where the Yajna would be performed would be installed by educationist Dr Kulendu Pathak. Dharmadhwaja, the flag of the Yajna would be hoisted by educationist Umakanta Dev Sarma, said a statement.
