RANGIYA, Feb 29 � A leopard was killed by an irate mob after it attacked and injured eight persons of Dalma village in Rangiya this morning.
The leopard, which was over 3 feet in height, first attacked one Bhagawan Deka and then went on an attack spree, injuring seven others, thereby creating panic among the villagers. The agitated villagers then attacked and killed the leopard.
The injured persons were shifted to the GMCH.
