GUWAHATI, Feb 8 � Lakhimpur won the RG Baruah Trophy emerging champions in the U-16 Inter District Cricket Tournament.
In the two-day final at North Lakhimpur the host team defeated Hojai by six wickets.
In the low scoring match Lakhimpur took 3-run first innings lead and bundled Hojai for 110 in the second innings. They scored 110 for four in the second innings to clinch the crown today.
