Lakhimpur vety college classes from Oct 15

NORTH LAKHIMPUR, Sept 29 � The Lakhimpur College of Veterinary Science is going to start its new academic session after a gap of nine years, i.e., from October 15.

This was stated by Dr BK Goswami, Associate Dean at Zoihing here, the new campus of the college. Talking to this correspondent, Dr Goswami said that the Lakhimpur College of Veterinary Science would start its BV Sc first year classes from October 15 with an intake of 30 students in its newly constructed campus at Zoihing following reaffiliation by the Veterinary Council of India.

It may be mentioned here that the Veterinary Council of India has recently given reaffiliation to the college on the basis of its infrastructure, laboratory and faculty. The Lakhimpur College of Veterinary Science has 29 faculties and hostel facilities with all latest amenities inside the campus.

The Associate Dean also informed about starting of PG classes and admission of girl students to the college in the future.
