Jorhat team named for ID tennis

JORHAT, Jan 5 - The Jorhat team for the All Assam Inter-District Tennis Tournament was announced today.

The championship will be held at the Kaliyani Club in the Numaligarh Refinery Limited Township from January 9 to 11. Jorhat will participate in the Boys� and Girls� U-14, U-18 and Men�s categories.

Teams: (Boys� U-14) Shahir Farhaz, Jeet Dutta, Nizar Hussain, Devanuj Hazarika. (Boys� U-18) Rishav Brahma, Promit Bordoloi, Ajay Kanoi Agarwal, Avishrant Bhattacharyya. (Girls� U-14) Shakshi Baruah, Syeda Janasheen Jumana, Shreya Baruah, Sanjana Baruah. (Men�s) Deepak Agarwal, Vinayak Thakur, Devanuj Duarah, Rizwan Zia. Coach-cum non playing captain: Wamique Ansari.
