PASIGHAT, July 15 - As part of its endeavour to introduce the common people with various flagship schemes initiated by Central Government, East Siang district administration of Arunachal Pradesh conducted a �Jan Sunvai Sammelan� here on Saturday.
Attending the Sammelan, Pasighat East MLA and State Parliamentary Secretary for Disaster Management, Kaling Moyong lauded the district administration�s effort to take banks and other government departments to doorsteps of the public.
The MLA urged the people to avail various benefits given under flagship schemes like Prime Minister�s Ujjwala Yojana, Chief Minister�s Health Insurance scheme and other social welfare schemes. He also informed that the State Government is all set to introduce a new system to ensue transparency and accountability in financial deals.
Various departments of the district delivered quick service at the Sammelan including issue and renewal of ILP, registration of vehicles, issue of driving license, birth certificate, permanent residence & ST certificates, LPG connections, distribution of LED bulbs and ADHAAR enrolment.
