GUWAHATI, Dec 23 - The Annual General Meeting of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) was held here today where top office bearers of all the Federations were present.
The meeting has resolved to set up a committee for amendment in the present IOA constitution as the apex body of the Indian sports federations feel the need of changes in rules and regulations.
The IOA has allotted the next National games to Goa which will be held between November 5 to 15 next year.
The meeting also supported the upcoming SAF Games to be held in Guwahati and Shillong during Febuary 5 to 16. The IOA has urged all the federations to provide all possible support to the mega event so that it can be hosted in a befitting manner.
