International Women�s Day at Rangia College

GUWAHATI, March 14 - The International Women�s Day was observed at Rangia College. To mark the event an awareness programme on �Women�s Health and Hygiene� was organised by Women�s Studies Research Cell, Rangia College, in collaboration with �Excelcare Hospitals�, Boragaon, Guwahati, and WAY Foundation. Aimoni Tumung from �Parijat Academy� delivered a talk on Women�s health and hygiene.

The Excelcare Hospitals and Way Foundation organised a free health check up camp for the girl students and staff of the college. In this connection haemoglobin and blood sugar tests were also conducted. A total of 240 students and staff were benefited from this camp, stated in a press release stated.
