IMPHAL, Nov 25 - Manipur polo players, representing India team continued their winning streak in the ongoing the 9th Manipur Polo International, 2015 played at Mapal Kangjeibung Pologround, the oldest living pologround in the world located in the heart of Imphal town.
On the fourth day of the 9-day international polo tourney, young and energetic polo players of Manipur in India team trounced England 12-3 goals while Australian team, which lost to England (9-7) on the third day of the tourney, beat Thailand 8-4 goals on Wednesday. Manipur Chief Secretary O Nabakishore and DGP Manipur Shahid Ahmad were the chief guest and president of the day�s match.
On November 24, United States of America (USA) thrashed Thailand 8-3 while England defeated Australia 9-7 goals.On the first and second day of the tourney, India defeated USA and Thailand. England polo team will meet Thailand team tomorrow.
