SHILLONG, Oct 27 - The Indian Institute of Management, Shillong on Tuesday held its Annual Human Resource (HR) Conclave Kaleidoscope 2016.
IIM Shillong Director Prof Amitabha De underlined the importance of delving into the various aspect of HR and analyse it further to make it ideal for the changing world.
The main topic of the discussion was: How does HR fit in today�s high flying and fast changing corporate environment?
The panel consisted of Aparna Sharma, Independent Director at TS Alloys Ltd., Mahipal Nair, Chief HR Officer, South Asia at Nielson, Amit Vaish, Director and Head HR, Barclays Technology and Kaushik Chakraborty, Director, HR at Jones Lang LaSalle.
