GUWAHATI, Jan 24: Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has asked the interested coaches of the State to inform their willingness to participate in the Hybrid Level-1 Coaching Certificate Course which will be conducted by the National Cricket Academy (NCA). The course will be conducted online by the NCA teaching faculty.
ACA secretary Devajit Saikia said in a press statement that the interested coaches of the State should inform them by tomorrow.
Level ‘O’ qualified coaches or any former first-class cricketer or any coach who has playing experience and is recommended by their respective associations are eligible for the course.
Apart from that, they should have the ability to read, write and understand the basic English and Hindi besides having computer literacy. The age limit of the coaches is from 18 to 55 years.
The course timing is four hours daily and there will be assignments for two hours every day.
Saikia said that the applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
