GUWAHATI, July 15 - The dates and schedule of the HSLC examinations 2013 will be declared on July 19. This is being done as per the recommendations of the Srinath Baruah Committee which the government had constituted to suggest reforms in the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA).
Addressing media persons here on Sunday, Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that the Government would be implementing some of the administrative reforms suggested by the Committee at the earliest and announcing the routine of the HSLC exams 2013 was one of them.
�We will also ensure that the students get the admit cards three months before the HSLC exams,� said Sarma adding that the results too would be declared early next year most probably by first week of May.
Sarma also said that from next year onwards the HSLC examinations would be over within two weeks.
The routine of the HS examinations 2013 would also be declared in this month itself, said Himanta.
