DIBRUGARH, Feb 25 - In the wake of massive deaths in Golaghat and Jorhat district following consumption of spurious liquor, the district administration here today launched a helpline number and an email ID to receive complaints from the public about illegal sale of liquor in the district.
The general public can lodge their complaints at helpline number 9435032186 either over phone or through Whatsapp. Complaints can also be lodged through email at [email protected] where people can inform the district administration about illegal liquor traders or their trade locations, a release stated.
