KOKRAJHAR, April 6 The BPF supremo Hagrama Mohilary has today clearly stated in an election campaign meeting at Magurmari in Kokrajhar that the party is ready to form Government in a qualition with anti-Congress forums like AGP, BJP & AIUDF if necessary. He also said that although BPF is extending support to Cong Govt in some seats at upper Assam but there is no question of extending support to Cong candidates in lower Assam.

At the same time, he said that due to some internal divide in Congress party of the State between Kalita faction and Gogoi faction, the State Pradesh president Bhubaneswar Kalita has been trying to demoralise BPF which is quite unfriendly to Cong-BPF ties.

Further, Promila Rani Brahma, the BPF candidate from 30-Kokrajhar East has also claimed that Congress party will be unable to form Government on its own strength alone and so far it is because of the Cong-BPF alliance in the Government that made the development of Assam possible in the recent time since Independence.

It may be mentioned here that Dr Kalita strongly criticised Promila Rani Brahma alleging large scale corruption recently in a election campaign in the same places.
