GUWAHATI, March 3 - Minister of Cultural Affairs Naba Kumar Doley will attend the opening ceremony of the Guwahati Film Festival to be held at Rabindra Bhawan tomorrow around 11 am.
A number of critically acclaimed movies will be screened during the two-day festival. The opening film Veer Savarkar directed by Ved Rahi will be screened tomorrow at 12 noon. Films will be screened in two other venues � Assam Textile Institute and Digahlipukhuri.
The Pride of Assam has been selected as the best film at heritage short film competition which was organized as part of the festival.
