DIMAPUR, Dec 6 - Nagaland Governor PB Acharya has congratulated the Armed Forces personnel deployed in Nagaland for their exceptional contribution to peace and security of the people and the unity and integrity of the nation.
�On the occasion of the Armed Forces Flag Day, which is being observed throughout the Country from December 7, I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to all the members of Armed Forces, ex-servicemen and their families,� the Governor said in his message.
Acharya appealed to all citizens to contribute generously towards the fund, which will help in supplementing the effort of the governments for welfare of war widows, disabled soldiers and ex-servicemen and serving soldiers who have been safeguarding the nation from external aggression.
