DULIAJAN, Feb 14 � In the inaugural match of the 6th Oil India Challenge Gold Cup Football Tournament organized by Oil India Limited here at Nehru Maiden today, Green Valley, Guwahati outplayed Duliajan League winner Duliajan Football Academy 4-0. MO Nick, striker of Green Valley, made a hattrick by netting all the four goals at 39, 64, 69 and 90 minutes of the game. Earlier, in the inaugural function NK Bharali, Director (HR&BD), OIL was the chief guest and declared the meet open. Varunoday Sharma, president of the organising committee and GM (Geo-Science), OIL hoisted the flag and offered the welcome address.

Ankur Dutta, general secretary, Assam Football Association attended the tournament as the guest of honour alongwith KK Nath, Executive Director (Operation), OIL, Rameswar Teli, local MLA, and Romesh Phukan, joint seceratary, Assam Football Association. The match was officiated by Raju Baruah. He was assisted by Nasiruddin Ahmed and Hiren Barman. Bijen Biswal was the fourth referee.
