GUWAHATI, July 23 � The Guwahati Referees Association (GRA) has organised a seminar on Sunday at the conference hall of Assam Olympic Association among the members.
AIFF referee instructor Jay Ch Singh of Manipur was the resource person in the seminar who explained in details about all the laws of the game thoroughly. He also described about the latest amendments of the laws.
Over 40 referees attended the day-long seminar. Former national referee Dipak Dey assisted Singh in the seminar.
This was for the first time that the Guwahati Referee Association arranged such a programme to update the referees ahead of the GSA�s A and Super Division Football Leagues.
