GUWAHATI, Dec 14 � The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, General (Retd) JJ Singh met the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Kiran Kumar Reddy at Hyderabad on December 14. They shared ideas for developmental initiatives taken up in their respective States, a press release issued here said.
The Governor, who is on a two-day official visit to Andhra Pradesh, requested the Chief Minister to increase the quotas in higher studies for Arunachalee students in colleges of the State. He also discussed areas of exchange programmes for the students.
On behalf of the people of Arunachal Pradesh, the Governor presented a �thangkha� to the Chief Minister.
