GUWAHATI, May 25 - Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi and Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Saturday congratulated the students on their success in the Higher Secondary Final exams, stated a press release issued here.
In a statement, Prof Mukhi said that the result in the HS exams was the testimony of their 12 years of dedication, devotion and discipline. He also wished the students luck in their future academic endeavours. In words of consolation to the unsuccessful students, he said that hard labour never goes waste and advised them to put in more work in a very organised and focused manner for success in future.
Sonowal also congratulated the students and wished them a bright future. He also appreciated the role of parents and teachers. The Chief Minister said that the hard work, perseverance and dedication of the students led to their success. He said that the result would boost their self-confidence, through which they would be able to build a strong future for themselves as well as the state. Sonowal also offered words of consolation to the unsuccessful students.
