Gorkha students to be felicitated

GUWAHATI, June 10 - The Kamrup (Metro) district committee of the All Assam Gorkha Students� Union (AAGSU) will organise a one-day workshop on career guidance and counselling on June 16. Students who passed the HS and HSLC examinations will also be feted on the occasion. A number of eminent people and representatives of civil services coaching institutes will take part in the programme to be held at the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra here. The students� body has asked Gorkha students securing 70 per cent and above marks in their HSLC and HS examinations to contact the regional AAGSU units of their respective areas.
