MIRZA, Oct 15 - The Amingaon Session Court today rejected the bail plea of Boko MLA Gopinath Das, who is in judicial custody in connection with a sexual harassment case lodged by his former domestic help on September 6 last.
Gopinath Das was produced before the Session Court after his 14-day judicial custody ended today.
Das� counsel moved a bail application in the session court which was rejected and Das has again been sent to judicial custody.
