TINSUKIA, Jan 22 - In a Group D match of the ongoing U-19 Inter District Cricket Championship for the JK Baruah Trophy, organised by the Tinsukia District Sports Association (TDSA) under the aegis of Assam Cricket Association (ACA) at the TDSA�s Katchujan field here, Golaghat took a three-run lead in the first innings with four wickets in hand.
On the opening day of the two-day match, Margherita were all out for 133 in 54.4 overs and in reply, at the end of the day�s play, Golaghat were 136 for six in 41 overs. The highlight of the day�s play was a solid 75-ball 63 by Debojit Phukan. He hit nine boundaries and a six.
