GUWAHATI, Dec 20 - The Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has named Gokul Sharma as captain of the Assam Ranji Trophy team replacing Sib Sankar Roy for the matches against Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand.
Assam will play against J&K at Jammu from December 25 to 28 while against Uttarakhand they will play at Dehradun from January 3 to 6.
The team: Gokul Sharma (capt), Arup Das (vice capt), Rishav Das, Rahul Hazarika, Sib Sankar Roy, Riyan Parag, Rajjakuddin Ahmed, Saahil Jain, Kunal Saikia, Washiqur Rahman (both wk), Mukhtar Hussain, Ranjit Mali, Roshan Alam, Sidhartha Sarma, Pritam Das.
