GUWAHATI, June 9 � Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today hinted at possibilities of a reshuffle of his ministry after some months.
�There is no plan for immediate reshuffle of the ministry. But I cannot say what will happen after some months,� Gogoi said while addressing a press meet.
On the growing demand for a separate Bodoland State and the spate in protests and counter-protests in the Bodoland Territorial Council, the Chief Minister � while ruling out creation of a new State of Bodoland � said that the State�s overall interest warranted all its inhabitants to live peacefully.
�There have been demands for separate States from Koch-Rajbongshi and Karbi communities as well. These are not tenable, as ours is a pluralistic society and our emphasis all along has been on economic development without any exclusivist agenda,� he said.
