NEW DELHI, Sept 10 � Chief Minister, Tarun Gogoi on Saturday left for a two-nation tour of Spain and Belgium to take part in a meeting of the Finance Ministers convened by the European Union.
The Chief Minister, who is member of the Empowered Group of State Finance Ministers, would attend the meeting at Brussels. However, he is skipping the tour to two other European countries including Luxemburg, said sources.
Principal Secretary Finance Himanshu Shekhar Das is accompanying the Chief Minister. Gogoi who left for Madrid today is scheduled to return on September 15.
