GMC expedites service delivery, grievance redressal work

GUWAHATI, May 16 - The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has expedited its service delivery and proper redressal of the grievances of the citizens through various platforms.

It now has helpline numbers for taking up public grievances or any kind of query related to the GMC. For any services, the citizens can call or WhatsApp at 8811007000/7399003001/7399003002/7399003003/7399003004 or can also write to the corporation at [email protected], an official release said.

The citizens of Guwahati can post their complaints, suggestions and feedback on the GMC official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/GuwahatiMunicipalCorporation (@guwahatimunicipalcorporation) and on Twitter page at Guwahati Municipal Corporation (@gmc_guwahati).
