GUWAHATI, Dec 22 � Guwahati Cricket Coaching Centre (GCCC) posted a five-wicket victory against Pace Cricket Club in a group league match of Gauhati Town Club organised Ramesh Baruah Trophy Cricket Tournament today at Judges� Field here.
Batting first, Pace were all out for 102 in 19.5 over as man-of-the-match Bhaskarjyoti Barman was the wrecker-in-chief with a six-wicket haul.
Although it was a small total, GCCC found it tough in chasing the target losing five wickets in the course. They finally hit the winning run in the 16th over with Chandan Rawat being the top scorer with 32.
