GUWAHATI, July 3 - GRP personnel today seized 38 kg of ganja from the Rajdhani Express and caught one person in this connection.
�Today around 7 am, a checking party while conducting routine checking inside the Dn Agartala-Anand Vihar Rajdhani Express at Platform Number 1 of Guwahati Railway Station, recovered suspected ganja weighing approximately 38 kg from the possession of a passenger Suburaj Debbarma,� a GRP official said.
The 24-year-old accused hails from Sidhai in West Tripura district. During preliminary enquiry, it was learnt that Debbarma had brought the stuff from Agartala and was expected to deliver it at Katihar.
