GUWAHATI, April 29 - City girl Mayuri Bhuyan recently made a week-long trip to the US with her mother free of cost after she became the grand winner of a campaign launched by Luxottica, an eyewear company based in Italy.
The company launched the campaign in October 2018, inviting all female youth of India to showcase their passion in diverse fields, and the winners were selected on the basis of their performance, a press release said.
Mayuri, a resident of Lachit Nagar area in the city, is also a classical dancer and tutor.
