DUNI, Oct 5 - Free health consultation service provided by distinguished surgeon, Dr Nareswar Sarma and his son, Dr Abhijnan Sarma at Kathamara Chowk near Sipajhar has completed 16 months.
The father-son duo has been jointly providing free health consultation service to the patients of greater Byaspara area on every second Saturday since June, 2014. More than 1,600 patients from different places of Sipajhar and Duni area, particularly the poorer section of the society, have been highly benefited by this free service at their doorsteps.
Dr Nareswar Sarma, a retired Deputy Manager of Digboi IOC Hospital, is popularly known as Byasbhaskar Nareswar too.
