GUWAHATI, Aug 28 - The district court of Kamrup Metro today sent all the four persons arrested by the Panbazar police, in connection with Tuesday�s bank loot, to four days� police custody.
The four persons are Tapash Bose, Jakifar Rahman, Boloram Nunia and Bhabesh Kalita.
The police has registered a case in connection with the incident under Section 392 of IPC, based on the complaint filed by Abhishek Kumar, Manager of Federal Bank, Guwahati branch.
Officer-in-charge of the Panbazar Police Station Hemen Pathak stated that interrogation of the arrested persons is under way. During the investigation, police has detected gross security lapses in the process of money transfer from one bank to another bank in the city.
