NEW DELHI, May 23 � Ram Jethmalani today filed a petition in the Supreme Court submitting a list of names of individual, including a former Central Minister of Assam (names withheld), who holds bank accounts in Switzerland.
According to the allegations levelled by the Rajya Sabha MP, the individual from Assam has Rs 3,908 crore in his Swiss Bank account. The list submitted by Jethmalani has over 20-odd names. In his Writ Petition, Jethmalani said, �I have in my possession an email received from abroad only a few days ago, which is annexed.�
