IMPHAL, Nov 22 - Foreign delegates continue to arrive here to attend the 10-day Manipur Sangai Festival underway at Hafta Kangjeibung ground here, official sources said.
Akio Isomata, Minister, Embassy of Japan in India has arrived here to see the festival. He called on Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh on Sunday.
Norwegian Ambaddador to India Nils Ranger Kamsvag and his Second Secretary Johan Loov attended the inaugural function of the tourism festival.
Tomorrow, Bangladesh High Commissiner Dr Syed Muazzem Ali will attend the 9th International Polo Tournament held here as part of the festival.
Bus service: O Ibobi Singh flagged off the first conducted tour service from Imphal to Sendra here this morning. The bus service is being organised by Manipur Tourism.
