GUWAHATI, May 15 � An FIR has been filed by the Kamrup Metro district administration after some important documents from the Registration branch of the DC�s office here were found missing.
The matter of the missing documents came to light following an inquiry by Additional DC BB Deb Choudhury. Following the submission of an inquiry report, the FIR was filed yesterday at the Panbazar police station.
Kamrup Metro Deputy Commissioner Dr M Angamuthu said that the missing documents are related to sale deeds, one dating back to 1957 and another to 1968.
