Dugar Shield from Sept 13

GUWAHATI, Sept 7 - One of the major soccer tournaments of the State, the 55th Dugar Shield Tournament, organised by the Tezpur Sports Association, will kick off on September 13 at Tezpur. New Ovel Sports Club, Udalguri will take on Bukakhat FC in the inaugural match. Teams like Kolkata Aryans Club, Koch Behar State Transport XI, Dimapur XI, Shillong Regimental Centre, Darjeeling Charrey FC, OIL India are participating in the 15-day tournament.
